Garlic Butter King Prawns
Juicy, shell-on, roasted garlic butter king prawns, grilled and placed over chipped Applewood, to give a slightly smoky aroma, served with crisp dressed leaves and finished with a spicy chilli dipping sauce.
Chicken Liver and French Napoleon Brandy Pâté
This homemade pâté is blended with creamy butter and banana shallots, coated with a ruby port and orange gel, served with melba toast and creamy butter.
Poached Zucchini (Vg) (Gf)
Rings of soft poached zucchini, filled with dressed leaves, sun-blushed tomatoes and toasted cashews, served with an olive oil and white truffle foam and dusted with a black olive crumb.

Tenderloin of Pork
Pan-roasted tenderloin of pork with baby apples, potato roses, tenderstem broccoli and crisp sage leaves, served with a rich red wine sauce and finished with a blue cheese buttered breadcrumbed bonbon.
Poached Chicken Breast
Soft poached chicken breast wrapped in smoked bacon, nesting on a bed of spicy bean and chorizo cassoulet and garnished with fresh thyme.
Slow-braised Butternut Squash (Vg)
This delicious vegetable is encased in puff pastry, served with a tomato ratatouille , creamy almond mashed potato and roasted baby vegetables.
20oz Prime Ribeye of Beef (sharing)
The beef is glazed with honey, mustard and rosemary, served with hand-battered onion rings, roasted cherry tomatoes, pan-fried garlic buttered mushrooms, crisp salad and hand-cut three times cooked chipped potatoes. The dish is finished with three dipping sauces – blue cheese, peppercorn and a tarragon béarnaise. (£5 supplement)
Noisette of Welsh Lamb (Gf)
This lean lamb is rolled and filled with pistachio nuts and apricots, served mini-potato roses, mint pea purée and oven-roasted lagoons, finished with a rich lamb reduction (contains nuts).
